Massimo Dutti provides Free Worldwide Shipping, with order processing completed within 1–3 days and an estimated delivery time of 2–5 days after shipment.

Free Worldwide Shipping

Massimo Dutti offers Free Worldwide Shipping to supported delivery destinations. No standard shipping fee is charged when an order qualifies for delivery through our worldwide shipping service.

Delivery availability is confirmed during checkout based on the destination and the shipping information entered for the order. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address before submitting payment.

Order processing time

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 days. Processing includes reviewing the order information, confirming payment status, preparing the items, and arranging shipment.

Processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time. Orders containing incomplete, inconsistent, or incorrect information may require additional review before shipment.

Address changes should be requested promptly.

Contact [email protected] as soon as possible if you notice an error in your order or delivery address. A change may not be possible after processing or shipment has begun.

Estimated delivery time

The estimated delivery time is 2–5 days after shipment. This estimate begins when the order has completed processing and has been transferred for delivery.

Delivery estimates are provided for general guidance and are not a guaranteed arrival date. Actual delivery may be affected by destination access, transportation conditions, customs procedures, severe weather, public holidays, local delivery restrictions, or other circumstances outside normal operations.

The total estimated period includes 1–3 days of order processing followed by an estimated 2–5 days for delivery after shipment.

Worldwide delivery destinations

Massimo Dutti provides Free Worldwide Shipping to destinations that can be accepted through checkout. Customers must enter a complete street address and any information required for delivery in their location.

Certain locations may have limited delivery access due to local restrictions, transportation limitations, or address-service availability. If an entered destination cannot be accepted, the order may not be completed for that address.

  • Enter the recipient’s full name as it should appear for delivery.
  • Include the complete street address, building, apartment, unit, or access information where applicable.
  • Provide the correct city, region, postal code, and country.
  • Use an active email address for order and shipping updates.

No standard worldwide shipping fee

Standard shipping is free worldwide. Massimo Dutti does not add a standard delivery charge to eligible orders shipped through this service.

Any optional service that is not part of the standard Free Worldwide Shipping service, when available and selected by the customer, will be shown before an order is completed.

Shipment tracking

When tracking is available, shipment information will be sent to the email address associated with the order. Tracking activity may take 1–3 days after shipment to appear or update.

  1. Your order is processed and prepared within 1–3 days.
  2. A shipping notification is sent after the order has been dispatched.
  3. Tracking information may take 1–3 days after shipment to show movement or updated delivery events.
  4. Continue checking the tracking information for the latest available delivery status.

A temporary lack of tracking movement does not necessarily mean the package has stopped moving. Contact customer service if no tracking update appears after the stated update period.

Customs charges are covered by us

Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other government charges are included in our Free Worldwide Shipping service. If such fees apply to an order, they will be covered by Massimo Dutti.

Customers are not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government charges connected with an eligible shipment.

If you receive a payment request

If a delivery representative or customs authority requests payment for an import-related charge, contact [email protected] before making payment. Include your order number and a copy or image of the request so our team can review it.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Customers are responsible for checking that the delivery address entered at checkout is complete and accurate. This includes the recipient name, street address, unit number, postal code, region, and country.

If you notice an address error, email [email protected] immediately with your order number and the correct information. We will review the request, but an address cannot always be changed after an order has entered processing or shipment.

If a package is delayed, refused, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, contact customer service for assistance with the available next steps.

Delivery delays

Although the estimated delivery time is 2–5 days after shipment, occasional delays may occur. Tracking updates can also take 1–3 days after shipment to appear.

Before contacting us about a delayed package, review the latest tracking information and confirm that the shipping address in your order confirmation is correct.

If the estimated delivery period has passed without a meaningful update, email [email protected] with your order number and tracking information.

Packages that appear lost

If tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be located, check the delivery area, building entrance, mailroom, reception desk, household members, and any safe location where a package may have been left.

Contact our customer service team if the package is still missing. Include your order number, delivery address, tracking details, and a description of the steps already taken to locate it.

We will review the available order and shipment information and provide the appropriate next steps.

Orders damaged during delivery

Inspect the package and items after delivery. If the parcel or an item arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible.

  • Your full name and order number.
  • A clear description of the damage.
  • Photographs of the outer package and shipping label.
  • Photographs showing the damaged item and internal packaging.

Keep the item, original packaging, and shipping materials until customer service has reviewed the issue and provided instructions.

Orders arriving separately

In some cases, items from one order may be delivered separately. Separate shipment notices or tracking information may be provided for each package.

If only part of your order has arrived, review all available shipping notifications before reporting an item as missing.
